Now, that the weather is starting to make a turn towards the spring, the IHS Transition II class can spend extra time outside doing exercise outdoors. Exercise is vital part of the students daily routine. It allows the students to improve their stamina for their daily tasks at their job sites throughout the week.
The favorite exercise for all the students is when we go to the track and walk a mile or more. It's fun to just walk at your own pace and enjoy the fresh air.
