The Independence Transition II students perform many tasks throughout the community. However, we do many tasks here on campus as well. One of those tasks is working in the cafeteria cleaning the tables and windows. The students really enjoy and have fun making sure our cafeteria looks great! They wipe down the tables and they clean the windows in the cafeteria and many other doors throughout the school.
When we do have a little bit of down time our students enjoy board games and jig saw puzzles! Yes, we have completed many jig saw puzzles this year. Nalani really enjoyed the dog puzzle. This puzzle took the students just a couple of days to complete. They did a fantastic job.
One other game the students enjoy to play is checkers. Ashley and Nila had a great time in a "Championship" match in which Nila won. IHS Transition II really has a great time on campus, in the community and in the classroom. Go Eagles!
